An inspirational documentary following Joe Cross as he embarks on a journey to regain his health. At the beginning Joe is overweight and suffering from an autoimmune disease, by the end he has lost weight, is full of energy with no symptoms of his autoimmune disease and off medication...

The documentary also follows Phil Staples who Joe met on his travels across America while juice fasting. Phil was extremely overweight, suffered from the same autoimmune disease as Joe and wanted to change his health. Luck had it he bumped into Joe at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere, from there he got inspiration and eventually asked for help.
